Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. Exchanges will be enabled soon!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Yoou reserves the right to rejected any return request based on the policy.
How long does it take to get the refund?
- Once you have placed an return request, we will review the request and book a pickup within 48 hours
- After the product is picked up, it usually takes about 5-8 working days for us to receive and check the product
- After the product has been checked, the refund is initiated within 24 hours
- In case of store credit, it will reflect immediately after the product is checked.
- In case of original payment source, the refund will reflect within 7-10 working day.
I want to return multiple products
- In case of return, return order with respective order ID/ AWB on track or return link in my account page.
I have received a damaged product
- In case of a damaged product, the return request must be raised with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- In case the damage is not reported within 48 hours, the request will be rejected
My pickup is not happening
- After a pick up request is initiated, the pickup usually happens within 48 hours
- If you are unavailable at the time of pickup or the pickup gets cancelled for any reason beyond our control more than 2 times, you will be required to ship the product to our warehouse at your own expense.
I returned the wrong product by mistake
- In case any wrong product is received at the time of return, additional fee of ₹150 is charged from the customer for shipping back the wrong product.
