Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Yoou reserves the right to rejected any exchange or return request based on the policy

How long does it take to exchange?

  • Once you have placed an exchange request, we will review the request and book a pickup within 48 hours
  • After the product is picked up, it usually takes about 5-8 working days for us to receive and check the product
  • After the product has been checked, the new product is shipped and reaches you within 2-5 days

How long does it take to get the refund?

  • Once you have placed an return request, we will review the request and book a pickup within 48 hours
  • After the product is picked up, it usually takes about 5-8 working days for us to receive and check the product
  • After the product has been checked, the refund is initiated within 24 hours
  • In case of prepaid orders, the refund will reflect in the original payment source within 7-10 working days

I want to exchange/return multiple products

  • In case of exchange, please place separate exchange requests for each product. We will club the requests together after approval.
  • In case of return, you can select multiple products at the same time and place your request

Can I exchange or return sale/discounted products?

  • In case you bought a product at a discounted price, it can only be exchanged for a different size.
  • Returns or exchanges with a different product are NOT accepted – any such requests will be rejected.

I have received a damaged product

  • In case of a damaged product, the exchange or return request must be raised with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • In case the damage is not reported within 48 hours, the request will be rejected

My pickup is not happening

  • After a pick up request is initiated, the pickup usually happens within 48 hours
  • If you are unavailable at the time of pickup or the pickup gets cancelled for any reason beyond our control more than 2 times, you will be required to ship the product to our warehouse at your own expense.

Price of the exchange product is lower

  • On the screen you will see a message saying that a discount code will be issued for the difference amount
  • Don’t worry – instead of issuing the discount we will directly issue a refund for the difference

I returned the wrong product by mistake

  • In case any wrong product is received at the time of return, additional fee of ₹150 is charged from the customer for shipping back the wrong product.

I received the exchanged product and want to exchange/return it again

  • You can return/exchange any product up to 2 times only
  • The first time you exchange or return a product, there is no additional charge
  • If you want to exchange or return again after your first exchange has been processed, a shipping fee of ₹150 will be charged
